Don’t know where to begin. To say my experience was incredible doesn’t begin to describe my review of Heck’s. From my first contact with Hunter, welcoming us to Heck’s, thru the entire process of fixing both front quarter panels, right and left side, I can’t say enough. The workmanship was ‘Perfect’ and we were kept informed almost daily of the work progress. Very, very, professional!

Thanks Craig, Chris & Hunter, .....and everyone who helped with the repair of my Highlander. You guys and the service you’ve provided, are the best !!

A few weeks ago, someone put a dent in my car, because the wind slammed their car door into my rear passenger door. The people were nice enough to be honest and have their insurance pay for the damage. I brought the car to Heck's collision and in just a few days they had the car fixed and it looks like brand new again. Flawless repair, fast and they also kept me updated the whole time from drop off until pick up. Five stars well-deserved. I can only recommend this business. Also a big compliment to the ladies at the front desk. They are very helpful and courteous.

The replacement of the doors, Disassembly, additional supplies, painting and reinstallment, was perfect. The color and precision location is amazing. It did take the month to receive it's completion, was a bit not my intention of favorable delayed time. Also, no calls or any information for 3 weeks until I called for status requests, was not the greatest occasion for favorable customer care. I'll most likely give a thumbs up to friends and others, just make sure to take the extra 3-4 months to fix any issues.

Heck’s is 10/10.. recently got into an accident & my side curtain airbags on my truck deployed, my seatbelts were locked & no longer able to use.. my insurance recommended Heck’s Collision & I’m glad they did. Beautiful service, great customer service.. my truck looks brand new & it only stayed in the shop for a month. Totally worth the wait. Thank you Heck’s! & thank you Chris for always answering my phone calls and answering every little question I had about my truck
